What is FoxPro in Computer

A complete Database management system. In some cases it would be appropriate to call it a database management system with industrial capability. It can be used by users for personal work on a small scale and it can also be used in large scale commercial applications . In other words, FoxPro can act as a small database and can also be used as a large database.

Foxpro is actually a database management system for personal computers. FoxPro was developed shortly after the Foxpro ways (FOXBASE+). Foxpro is also called relational database management system due to some of its special features. 

You can design your database files as per your requirement with the help of fox png. It is also helpful in entering and organizing data in database files. You can add, modify, and even delete unnecessary data in your database files as needed. You can then retrieve the data from your database files and view it in different ways whenever you want. Once you enter the data in Foxpro, you can display the related information using some simple commands.

Apart from this, you can also develop special purpose software with the help of FoxPro. FoxPro provides you a complete environment for software development in addition to easy programming methods. If we discuss Foxpro on a large scale, then it can be said that there are two parts of Foxpro. 

The first is the database engine and the second is the user interface. The database engine manipulates the database tables . This part of Foxpro performs many important tasks like index, update, retrieval of information faster than any other database management program. The second part of Foxpro's

the user interface allows the user to use the capabilities of the database engine. Under this part,Foxpro the screen command window of, etc. comes.

Foxpro today is the result of several previous editions. The first DBMS software was developed by ASHTON-TATE in the year 1979-80, which was named DBASE 1. This was followed by a second version developed in 1984 named DBASE II.

Foxo is available in several versions today. The initial version of Foxpo is 2.5 which can be implemented on both Dancing and Windows. After this came its 2.6 version. Visual FoxPro 5.0 is more today as this book is being written prevalent.
