1. Use the Help System
The Help System is a feature that allows users to access information about how to use features of the program. To open the Help System, click on the Help menu item at the top left corner of the screen. A list of topics will appear. Click on any topic to view its description.
2. Use the Search Function
To search for specific information, type the text you want to find into the Search box located at the top right corner of the screen. Press Enter to execute the search.
3. Use the Index
Use the Index to locate information about a particular topic. You may need to scroll down the page to find what you're looking for.
4. Help System
The help system is a feature that provides assistance to users who have questions about how to use the software. There are two types of help systems: online help and offline help. Online help is accessed via the Help menu item. Offline help is accessible only if you have installed the program on your computer. If you want to access the help system, click the Help menu item. You may then select either Online Help or Offline Help.

7. Help Menu
The help menu is a list of topics related to the current program. When you click on a topic, you get a description of the topic along with a link to additional information.
8. Help Window
A window pops up when you press F1 while in the middle of running a program. It contains a list of topics related to the current program. Clicking on a topic opens a window containing a description of the topic.
9. Help Topics
There are several different types of help topics available in FoxPro. These include:
• Tutorials - These tutorials show you how to perform specific tasks using the application.
• Reference Manuals - These manuals provide detailed information about the features of the software.
• User Guides - These guides explain how to use the application's menus and dialog boxes.
• Developer's Guide - This guide provides information about the programming language used to create the application.
• About Boxes - These boxes give you information about the version number of the product and the date it was released.
• Error Messages - These messages tell you what went wrong when you tried to run the program.
10. Searching for Help
You can search for help topics by typing keywords into the Find box located at the top right corner of the screen. If you type a keyword, the results will appear below the text box. Press Enter to select the first result, or double-click on the link to go directly to the selected topic.
